About the Organizer

City to City Chinese North America is a partner of the City to City Global Network. All churches within the City to City Global Network follow the Gospel vision of Timothy Keller, founder of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, and are devoted to the expansion of its Gospel Movement. The vision of this city-wide movement incorporates both the renewal of existing churches as well as the training of church planters to start Gospel-centered churches based upon the Biblical principles of Justice and Mercy, creating an expanding Faith ecosystem that changes the very fabric of a city as it experiences the grace of the Gospel.

Organizer’s Role

City to City Chinese North America’s vision is to become the scaffolding for churches. Through providing various training programs focusing on the Gospel DNA, supporting church planters, delivering content, building networks as well as a Gospel ecosystem, we strive to encourage global Chinese churches to rediscover and experience the power of the Gospel.

CTC Intensive Training

The CTC Intensive Training is a two-week training plan. Through two weeks of intensive courses, participants will delve deeper into topics such as theological vision, gospel renewal, ministry design, preaching, gospel contextualization, and practical church planting. This program aims to provide pastors who are already in ministry or preparing to plant churches with a new perspective from within, leading to building gospel-centered churches and personal faith life.



Recruitment Target

 

Church Planter

Church planters are pastors recommended by their churches and currently planting or preparing to plant a church in the near future. Upon completion of the class, church planters will receive a certificate of completion and have the opportunity to apply for various church planting resources as well as participate in course and online events later. 
 Observer
Observers are pastors (or their spouses) and church leaders recommended by their affiliated churches who are interested in church planting or hoping for church renewal. Upon completion of the course, observers will not receive a certificate of completion, but they will also have the opportunity to participate in course and online events later.
